505 GAMES AT GAMESCOM – WHAT TO EXPECT
Hi all. We’re back today to provide an update on our plans for Gamescom 2022.
Late last month, we announced that 505 Games would be heading to Cologne, and we’d have more than just games to talk about!
If you saw our previous blog, you’ll have seen that we have a Meet and Greet space set up at Gamescom. Here you’ll have the opportunity to say hello to members of the 505 Games team and take part in some on-site activities! So, what can you expect?
CRANE GAME MACHINE
You read that right! Come over to our booth (Hall 10.1 Booth B038-C039) and grab yourself a 505 x Gamescom 22 memorial pin. When you get to our booth, tokens for the Crane Game Machine will be given to you by a member of staff. Good luck!
PROFESSIONAL COSPLAYERS
We’re super excited to announce that 505 Games are collaborating with several professional cosplayers who will be representing some of our titles at Gamescom! Here’s who you can expect to see:
- Feedeline (Serial Cleaners) (Friday and Saturday)
- JuliamitJ (Serial Cleaners) (Friday and Saturday)
- Samy (CJ from Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising) (Friday and Saturday)
- SGAhri (Isha from Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising) (Friday and Saturday)
- SOKRATES (Farren from Stray Blade) (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
We invite you all to drop by, chat with our special guests, grab a photo and if you’re a cosplayer yourself, why not take the opportunity to get some advice from the pros!
FREE COSPLAY PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
Are you a cosplayer yourself? Are you representing any of our title at Gamescom? Come along and get photographed by a professional! In case you missed it, we’ll be welcoming Terobesarts to our space this year. For those who don’t know, Terobesarts is a fantastic cosplay photographer and we’re thrilled he’s joining us. During Gamescom, we want to invite all cosplayers representing any characters from any of our games to come see us and have some professional shots taken, free of charge! Terobesarts will be around on Thursday, Friday and Saturday between the hours of 15:00 CEST and 16:00 CEST.
What’s more, it’s likely you’ll be included in our global social media feeds as well as any video content we capture during our time at Gamescom. Regardless of whether you’re a cosplay pro or a beginner, we want to welcome you all to our Meet and Greet space. Stay tuned to our 505 Games community blog – we’ll be uploading your amazing shots there for you to download and keep!
CUSTOM STRAY BLADE HELMET SHOWCASE
We have a pretty awesome replica of Farren’s helmet on display in our Meet and Greet space. Constructed by an official blacksmith, this incredible Stray Blade piece will be available for you to check out throughout your time at Gamescom.
REST AND RECHARGE SPACE
Events are tiring. Especially in 2022, we’re all out of practice! If you need a moment to rest and recharge at any point during Gamescom, come see us. Take the weight off your feet and say hi to the 505 team!

There you have it! That’s what we have lined up for you at Gamescom. Friendly reminder that we will not have any playable titles in our 505 Games Meet and Greet space. While we are busy working on our games and are not having game-stations in our area, we really want to use this opportunity to get to know our players and celebrate you!
